When you leave a review, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, your business name, your rating and written feedback, any photos you attach, and — when a review request was sent to you — the email address or phone number it was sent to.

How it's used

Your review and contact details are shared with the business you interacted withso they can read your feedback and follow up with you. Reviews below the business's public-sharing threshold stay private between you and the business. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Emails and texts

Review requests and follow-ups are sent on behalf of the business you interacted with. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS — both take effect immediately across this service.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely and retained for as long as the business uses this service. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, contact the business you interacted with directly, or reach the service operator via regen-digital.com.
